Friends with important flights have gotten out of cabs and WALKED to the terminal. It has been a mess for years and it's more of a mess now until they figure out this AirTrain situation, which honestly feels too good to be true. But apparently 2020 has given them a chance to expedite due to lower passenger loads... we'll see.
